Established as a recruitment consultancy in Bristol since 2007, ISL has grown steadily over the last 5 years with the sole aim of growing the business with experienced and successful recruitment consultants. We are always interested in hearing from recruiters that are looking to work with a team of likeminded individuals who are driven to succeed without the need for micro management and KPIs.

All our recruitment consultants are currently based in Bristol but we work with clients throughout the UK with some overseas. Our priority is to increase the number of recruitment consultants at our Bristol office although we have an office in London and our future plans include setting up teams in other parts of the UK.

The model and approach at ISL is to offer our recruitment consultants free reign to approach and build a market of their choice, whilst offering support and guidance as and when needed to help you succeed. We believe we can offer an environment that is as close to setting up your own business, without the stress and pressure that comes with doing this.

Make no mistake; we're looking for the best talent around. You will need to have prior recruitment experience, gained in either the permanent and / or contract markets. We are interested in hearing from recruiters from all industry backgrounds who either wish to work for a successful recruitment agency in Bristol or would like to be part of a team opening up an office elsewhere. We are keen to find people with a commitment and passion to continue making a success of their business in a supportive, consultative environment.
