Simon has more than 10 years experience in the recruitment industry, working internationally (UK & Australia), covering a number of industry sectors including Information Technology, Project & Programme Management, Business Change & Transformation, and Facilities Management. He maintains a strong belief in "Championing" market sectors where you can offer added commercial value based on your knowledge of Clients, and Candidates alike, within that vertical stream. Based on this approach, Simon has established a division centred around Education & Regeneration. He has worked with Local Authorities and Education Faculties, and has successfully recruited for a number of public and private sector organisations working on the Building Schools for the Future Programme (BSF). Simon is a founding Director of ISL.
