After graduating in 1996 James joined the Strategic Development arm of BT before relocating to London in 1998 to join Abacus Financial Selection (now Indigo), recruiting Part / Qualified Accountants into the Industry & Commerce sector. In 2000 he joined a privately owned, specialist Consultancy, with his previous Director, to establish an Accountancy & Finance Division experiencing successful and continued growth. He went on to manage the Banking and Finance division with a focus on recruiting Operations, Risk, Finance and Project Management professionals for leading Fund Managers, Investment Banks, Global Brokers and Custodians and joined the Board of Directors in 2007. Relocating to Bristol in 2009 to join ISL, James has maintained his focus on the financial services sector working with London based institutions and clients regionally.
