
Alan has worked within the recruitment industry since 2002 with prior sales experience within media and financial markets and a degree in Business Studies. Before joining ISL, he spent 6 years working for one of Europe’s largest recruitment companies where he focused on recruitment of IT, engineering and project management professionals into a range of sectors.
A Director at ISL, Alan undertakes significant work within the public sector, working with NHS Trusts and local and central government organisations to help them find interim, contract and permanent consultants, within areas including project / programme management, business transformation, finance and IT.
Alan has led the work to confirm ISL as a Buying Solutions accredited supplier of interim, contract, and fixed term staff to the NHS and the public sector. This builds on the successful work ISL has achieved in the NHS and the public sector, allowing these organisations to engage quality work-seekers whilst following best practice procurement procedures and providing value for money.
