Henry Keeys

Henry has been involved in recruiting IT professionals and related specialists into a wide variety of industry sectors since 2001. Following two years in line management roles in cinema management he joined one of the largest organisations in the recruitment sector where he specialised in recruiting IT professionals. He left there in 2005 to join a start up recruitment consultancy working in the same sector and became one of the three founding Directors of Incite Solutions Limited early in 2007. He has a BSc from Bristol and an MSc from Loughborough

Simon Ranahan

Simon has line management experience in the office services sector but has worked in the recruitment industry, for the majority of his working career, since 1994. During this period he has worked internationally (UK & Australia) in both large and small organisations experiencing all aspects of the industry and recruiting into a wide variety of positions. However his most recent and predominant experience has been the recruitment of senior IT professionals and project managers into a wide variety of different industry sectors. He became one of the three founding directors of Incite Solutions Limited early in 2007.

Alan Furley

Alan has worked within the recruitment industry since 2002 with prior sales experience within media and financial markets. With a degree in Business Studies he has recently joined Incite Solutions Ltd having spent 6 years working for one of Europe’s largest recruitment companies where he focused on recruitment of IT and engineering professionals into a range of sectors.

Geoffrey Keeys

Geoffrey has spent over 30 years as a Director of companies in the oil, engineering and financial services industries. Between 1984 and 1995 he was Director of Business Services for Prudential Corporation where recruitment and the provision of IT services to group companies were among his responsibilities. He left to found Strategic Thinking Group in the UK where he is still Managing Director. He is and has been a non-executive director of both large and small organisations in the public and private sector and is an angel investor. He became one of the three founding directors of Incite Solutions Limited early in 2007.
