Software Analyst - £45,000 - Chelmsford/Essex

I am looking for a Software Analyst to work with a team of talented developers focussing on the delivery of small/medium sized builds like a strategic system change or enhancements requiring up to a combined 30 days analysis, build & test to deliver.

I am particularly interested in speaking to candidates who are strong communicators who can liaise with the business and provide analysis, good experience of the below technologies is also important, though applicants do not need to be coding experts.

Skills Required:
* Project lifecycle experience
* Microsoft technologies experience:
* C#.Net
* T-SQL, SQL Server 2008
* IIS, XML, Javascript, HTML, XSLT

Soft skills:
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Confident - able to communication with colleagues at all levels
* Ability to work effectively unsupervised
* Ability to understand and summarise complex problems / situations
* Create thinking, ability to think laterally
* Innovate - willing to explore new ideas and solutions.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Display an interest in technology and an enthusiasm for delivering robust, re-usable solutions
