Head of Platform - WRAP, Distribution, Proposition - London

A highly strategic and influential need has arisen for a Head of Platform with a successful Platform provider in the financial investment market. The key focus of the role is to operate at a strategic level across a number of teams and departments to ensure that the platform and proposition offering for the company is first class and to ensure a compelling and efficient flow to the offering.

As Head of Platform you will need to have the ability to lead, engage and influence those around you. This role will have line management responsibility of a small but skilled team, so prior experience of man management will be important.

To be suitable for the Head of Platform role you will have prior expertise in the WRAP, Platform, Fund Distribution arena, potentially in a similar role but areas such as Proposition management, Senior Programme roles would also be relevant. Direct knowledge and expertise in such areas as RDR (Retail distribution Review) will be essential to the success of this position.

With this role being newly created there will be massive scope to influence and change the wider business, so the position will require someone who is motivated and able to take on a massive challenge and help lead significant change work, without being fazed. Salary is negotiable for the right person but expected to be in the region of £70,000 - £90,000 + benefits (bonus, pension etc).
