Finance Director - Tech startup - London

Finance Director with strong ties to the VC community and international experience needed to work with my client, a well-funded, revenue generating, tech startup based in London.

The Finance Director will be a key addition to this company and will be involved in areas such as implementing accounting systems, budgeting, financial reporting, investor liaison and working with auditors and tax advisors.

Comfortable at the CFO level, you will need to have a good track record within technology startups, ideally which have been VC funded and expanded internationally. Expertise in funding rounds, international office setup, and international accounting and tax standards, e.g., GAAP, IFRS is essential.

You will need to be professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar) ideally from a Big 4 firm and with a good degree.

This is a chance to work with a well backed and growing technology startup, in a demanding role that will challenge whilst offering great rewards. Based in central London and with a salary of £80,000-£100,000 along with equity options this is a role that I am looking to arrange interviews for in the next week.
