The key responsibilities of the Senior Ecommerce Coordinator are listed below:

Manage 3rd party agencies to drive visitors to the Clients website and optimise conversion and AOV for maximum ROI. Database management and CRM acquisition and retention strategies drive value through targeted marketing activity both in the UK and internationally. Stakeholder management and sound analytical skills ensure success. Tasks:

PPC - Manage relationship with PPC agency to ensure programme optimization via negative keyword matching, providing content for ad copy, display advertising and trialing positions for maximum returns

SEO - Work with Website Manager to ensure H1 Tags and Meta Data optimised. Manage copywriter to produce SEO articles to improve Search Engine ranking and creation of international landing pages with local languages and live text

Affiliates - Manage two agencies simultaneously to grow domestic and international affiliate base. Produce blog posts for content affiliates; provide banners and promotional opportunities when required. Review of commission structure allowed for a more profitable CPA programme. Promotion and increased commission trials allowed for greater ROI

Social Media - Work with social media coordinator to align social media content with customer behaviour, using most popular search words, best-selling categories, direct customer feedback and engagement of guest bloggers

Email - Develop content for weekly Newsletters, analysing results to drive OR and CR.Development of reactivation programme, reviewing welcome emails and EBM to maximise conversion rates

Catalogue - Managing costs, marketing messages, sign off and distribution of 4 catalogues a year and production of 4 online versions, managing the database and analysing results for lessons learnt

Mobile and Website - Work with Website Team to implement mobile ready website and on-site ratings and reviews

3rd Party Partnerships - Drive partnerships with key partners, reporting results directly to Marketing Director, aligning with offline marketing for reader offer link ups and card events, reporting results to all levels

Budget Management - Responsible for the marketing budget (£2m), raising POs and monitoring costs to ensure within budget, forecasting results to attain additional budget where required

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience working in a ecommerce / online capacity in a retail or fashion environment.
