Following the rapid and highly successful expansion of my client's website, they are now looking to recruit an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager. Working with a dedicated team, the successful candidate will develop, implement and market the best customer experience in online shopping.

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, your key accountabilities will include:

* Working closely with and directly managing external agencies, including Affiliate, SEO, PPC, Online Marketing and Media Buying, to develop a strong online marketing strategy that ensures the Company has a strong presence and wide visibility online
* Providing a dedicated focus on sales, profit and key KPI's, resulting in the deliverance of set targets
* Establishing a strong strategy and continually planning, reviewing and improving this to ensure the best possible performance of online marketing channels at all times
* Developing and implementing third party promotional deals that attract a varied target audience and create new online business
* Assisting in the development and execution of an in-store marketing strategy that will further promote the website to our existing customer base
* Liaising with trade and web teams to create a strategy that will ensure content for weekly email campaigns is strong and accurate
* Overseeing email HTML development including the planning and delivery of weekly email broadcasts. This will involve monitoring content to check for inaccuracies in product descriptions prices and photographic work and to ensure that the broadcast is 'ready for web' in a timely manner
* Researching and monitoring online competitors and their external marketing activities to ensure that the Company is always adopting best practice in order to maximise return from marketing investments

The ideal candidate for this role will:

* Be qualified to graduate level
* Have previous experience in a similar role within an online capacity, preferably in the retail industry
* Have previous experience of managing a team to deliver KPI's
* Have a proven track record in the understanding of commercial acumen

As you will be working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, you should be highly organised, self-motivated and should be used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Attention to detail is essential along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain key relationship both internally and externally. You will have experience in the implementation of new processes and must be able to seek new and innovative opportunities to communicate to our customers.

Proficiency in using a PC is essential, along with a sound understanding of websites and their functionality. A working knowledge of Ecommerce, CMS, email campaign, SEO, PPC, Affiliate and other online marketing is essential.
