Product trainer - Financial Services, L&D, London

ISL is recruiting for an experienced Product Trainer to take on a challenging position with a fast growing Financial Services business in the investment management space.

This is a new role in the organisation and as Product trainer you will be working in the Sales and Marketing division in a stand alone position that will carry a lot of responsibility. As trainer you will need a proven track record in identifying and developing training materials and media through which to deliver it, to their end clients.

You will need to be able to engage and operate with a range of internal teams and stakeholders to put together relevant and appropriate training programmes which can be delivered externally. As trainer you will be expected to be out and about with clients in and around the South East and London predominantly but sometimes UK wide and be an effective operator in front of clients.

Prior experience of Training on a product or system is essential and a background in Financial Services a must (ideally knowledge of Collectives, ISAs or Life Products would be helpful). Salary is expected to be in the region of £45,000 + bonus + benefits.
