Process Transformation Lead (Process Improvement)

My client is a market leading Insurance organisation who due to continued growth is looking to hire an experienced Process Transformation Manager / Lead. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced organisation in a business critical role where you will be responsible for the definition and implementation of processes to increase quality and efficiency.

Working within the Solution Delivery / Development function you will initially be responsible for the definition and documentation of required processes, deliverables and metrics to achieve increased quality and efficiency ensuring suitable governance and exception processes are in place. Following initial definition and set up you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of processes with the aim of raising the capability of the function to CMMi level 3.

Required Experience (Process Transformation Manager / Process Improvement Manager)

*Extensive experience of managing transformation within a Solution Delivery / Development environment with hands-on experience of best-practice IT delivery across a variety of methodologies

*A proven track record of delivery with the credibility and gravitas to operate at executive level

*Ideally you will have experience of setting up and managing or working within a PMO function

*Ideally you will come from a Financial Services or Consultancy (Big 4) background although my client may consider exceptional candidates from other backgrounds
