The successful candidate will drive all eCommerce marketing channels activity & strategy to facilitate growth via effective use of CRM, PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Email, Display, Social Media, Mobile, Online Research and On site Content.

Role Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective Online marketing strategy

· Develop international eCommerce Marketing channels

· Manage the eCommerce Marketing team to constantly drive sales and increase ROI

· Overseeing management of all external agencies for eCommerce Marketing channels

· Overseeing management of relationship with external brand partners

· Principal responsibility for all eCommerce marketing channels - PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Email, Display, Social Media, Mobile, Online Research and Onsite Content.

· Grow the Online database

· Develop and oversee group CRM strategy

· Managing the Marketing budget for the Group

· Effectively use Coremetrics Web analytics package to monitor performance and provide insight to improve sales

· Co-ordinate with PR / Brand / In store / Marketing & Buying to ensure all Online activity is in sync with the wider group activity

Key Requirements:

· Strong back ground in Multi-Channel Retail

· Proven skills in effective implementation of SEO, PPC, Email, Social Media, Mobile and Affiliate
handling

· Strong commercial awareness & eCommerce and at least 5 years Online Marketing experience

· Confident ability to directly lead a team of 6

· Strong CRM strategy and Data Base Analysis skills

· Excellent IT skills and application to Online projects

· Experience with handling 3rd Parties

· Managing bi-annual Online Marketing Budget

· Able to effectively reporting to senior / Board level

Desirable Skills:

· Online Marketing experience within a Major / Blue Chip High Street retail / fashion group

· Experience in a global or international retail organisation

· International eCommerce experience or experience with multi-lingual sites
