Our client, a leading fashing brand, is looking to recruit an Ecommerce Manager to help shape the future of their business and drive growth within a supportive and progressive environment designed to support success.

Due to their continued success we are now growing the team and have an opportunity for an Ecommerce Manager to join them.

The role

* Managing targeted communications campaigns to drive qualified visitors.
* Increase conversion through detailed analysis of customer onsite behaviour.
* Increase customer return-to-shop frequency.

You will be working with the team and managing and developing the Ecommerce Co-ordinator.

Candidate Requirements

* Strong ecommerce trading experience and understanding of best practice.
* At least 3 years' experience in ecommerce within a transactional environment.
* Full understanding of all aspects of online including experience of working closely with
agencies on SEO, PPC and affiliate strategy using strict KPIs on CPA and CTR to maximise ROI.
* Experience of growing a newsletter database and driving revenue and engagement through strategic optimisation strategies.
* Good understanding of marketing principles and how they apply to the online space.
* Experience of using web analytics data to drive revenue and conversion.

* A team player with good organisational skills.
* High levels of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
* Must have a positive energetic approach to the workplace.
* Willing to adapt, embrace new challenges and continually improve.
