Our client is a well known UK fashion retailer and have a fanstastic opportunity to join them in the capacity of E-CRM/CRM Manager based out of their head office in London.

Ideally a specialist in your field, you will be experienced in running E-CRM campaigns and developing strategy across key platforms, email, mobile and social media. Working within a busy ecommerce function, the successful candidate will work to deliver on ambitious revenue targets within the CRM function by continuously developing and improving the E-CRM programme in line with the integrity of the brand. With personal responsibility for a team of 5+, the ideal candidate will work effectively with internal/external personnel to roll out an E-CRM programme that is both targeted and in line with commercial objectives.

This pivotal position within the business will see you been involved in devising large scale national E-CRM marketing activities with the aim to increase customer loyalty and value from both existing and new customers, thus giving you the opportunity to really make the position your own bringing in your own ideas and driving commercial strategy.
