Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to work with the Head of E-Commerce and the wider E-Commerce team to develop and implement an affiliate strategy.

This role is pivotal within the business so candidates will need to be comfortable with dealing with senior management and be a true online specialist. In addition to affiliate marketing the candidate will also assist in the management of paid search advertising (SEM/PPC) liaising and coordinating with agencies (UK and international). Our client is seeking a hard working, ambitious and driven candidate who can take full responsibility for the affiliate channel and assist with the paid search channel - driving revenue streams and the bottom line.

Main Responsibilities

*Daily reporting and analysis of affiliate traffic, sales, margins, commissions and costs
*Make recommendations and implement ideas of how to boost sales and improve ROI
*Identification of key affiliate partners and sales potential
*Sales planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
*Negotiation of affiliate contracts
*Day to day management and coordination of paid search channels (UK and international) and
agencies running these campaigns
*Day to day reporting and analysis of paid search channels and activities
*Competitor analysis and constant monitoring
*Coordination with all other marketing channels and product
*Oversee on-going development and deployment of marketing creative, affiliate communications
such as e-newsletters and blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution
*Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools to affiliates
*Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers
*Develop annual affiliate campaign calendar and rollout plans

Requirements

*At least 3 years' experience in a similar role (either agency or client side)
*Retail, ideally educated to a degree level or equivalent.
*Excellent understanding of online marketing initiatives
*Experience of drawing conclusions and making decisions based on data
*Excellent analytical and presentation skills, be detail orientated and a self-starter
*Good organisation skills are essential as well as a drive to take on anything thrown at them
and the willingness to put in the extra hours to get the job done
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Hardworking, flexible attitude and good sense of humour
*Needs to be able to live and breathe the business and a desire to grow within the company
*AdWords Qualified Professional (preferable)
